2.2 Individual Online Sessions
Refunds for individual online sessions are available under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.
- No refunds will be issued for sessions that have already occurred or if less than 24 hours' notice is provided.
- Rescheduling may be offered as an alternative to refunds, subject to instructor availability.
2.3 Personalized Learning Paths and Subscription Services
For subscription-based services or personalized learning paths:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase date if no more than 25% of the content or services have been accessed or used.
- After 14 days or if more than 25% of content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
- Subscription cancellations will prevent future charges but do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
2.4 Course Materials and Digital Content
Refunds for digital course materials, downloadable content, or recorded sessions are not available once access has been granted or downloads have been initiated.
3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

- Gift certificates, vouchers, or promotional credits.

8. Student Conduct and Refund Forfeiture
